Maple Banana Smoothie

2 c. ice

1/2 c. almond milk, cashew milk, soy milk or dairy milk

3 Tbsp. Moose Mountain maple syrup

1 frozen banana, sliced (about 1 cup)

(Ingredients can be adjusted for taste.)


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes about 16 ounce.
