Golden Color with Delicate Taste – We make this traditional candy using our Golden maple syrup. It has a delicate maple flavor and a light color. This syrup is the most traditional kind to use for maple candies.
Amber Color with Rich Taste – We make this candy using our Amber maple syrup. This gives it a darker color and a rich maple flavor. These are best for maple lovers, and go especially well in a cup of tea or coffee.
Our candy is best when it is fresh, and consumed within 20 days. We make fresh candy fresh, and ship directly to you. The candies have no preservatives or corn syrup so they may harden over time. To extend the shelf life and keep them from becoming too hard, store candy in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator. Candy can be softened by leaving in a humid area.
