Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

1 c. heavy whipping cream, very cold

2 Tbsp. Moose Mountain Bourbon Barrel Aged maple syrup

Directions:

In a cold mixing bowl and with an electric mixer beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add the Moose Mountain maple syrup to sweeten and beat for another couple of seconds. Taste. If it needs more syrup add a little more. Enjoy!
